Need advice in choosing accent colours

Our kitchen cabinets are cream glossy laminate above and charcoal laminate below, the counter top is a nougat Caesarstone, back splash is a black/charcoal glass tile, floor is very light beige porcelain tile, the walls are painted in Benjamin Moore Split Pea. The kitchen opens up into family room which has gunstock hard wood floors, Benjamin Moore Carington Beige walls, off white shag rug, and a leather sectional in dark eggplant. Which accent colours should I use for cushions, art, etc.?
