It appears to be a stone called, 'Argillite' and the distributor 'SWB' calls it Autumn Flame. In Southern California check with www.southwestboulder.com, www.whitewater-rock.com, or Sepulveda Building Materials

Arizona stone. This fireplace was built as a replica of the great room fireplace. Also Arizona stone.
