I've had concrete counters in both my kitchen and bathrooms for the past 5 years and unless sealers have improved over the years I, personally, would not choose concrete again over granite. My counters are all stained and dull and the sealer wears off in areas of high use. Our installers closed up shop shortly after our installation and finding a concrete company to re-seal the counters is impossible. If you have a low use application like a bar countertop, then maybe concrete would be ok but I would definitely think twice of putting it into a kitchen.
