    It is a perennial called Astilbe on right of path. They like shade and are low maintenance. They just need moisture.

    Flowers in upper-left corner look like Oak Leaf Hydrangea to me. White flowers in bottom right are Astilbe

    How many astilbe do I need to get same looking?

    To achieve this look it is best to plant the astilbe 18" -24" on center

    Oak Leaf Hydrangea..looks like to me....Or some mega large Gooseneck Loosestrife?
