matt great studio what material did you use on outside ..the metal seems pretty common

The exterior walls are clad in corrugated metal. The soffits are plywood.

Matt, awesome get away cottages! What is the threaded rod and nuts for at the rafter tails or soffit? Is it to keep the boards from twisting? If so, very nice solution. Also, I love the interior builds.

Yes it keeps the rafters straight and level. the cantilever is so long that the boards were shifting.
