Building a granny flat in narrow space - 3.3 metres by 10 metres.

We are planning to covert a garage into a small stand-alone studio with own entrance and shower room and, if it can be squeezed in, a kitchenette. Any ideas for layout of such a narrow space or is it really too narrow for (reasonable) comfort?

Advice much appreciated. Thanks all,

Lisa

Check out some "tiny house" plans, they might fit, or at least give you some ideas.
