I like the bottom of picture #2. I would not put a cabinet on the left side of the bump out. I would float wooden shelves in that space and have some white rolled towels on one and maybe some woven baskets, etc. Another thought was to remove the cabinets up and down and put a full length mirror on that wall.

What I don't like is all the dark in the corner. If you had sconces and mirrors overhead on both sides of the column, then you could have a second sink too. Very handy when she wants to brush her teeth while he wants to shave. What will go in the area in front of the window? I would try to blend in more storage or laundry dumping spot under a low counter.
While I like stacked stone, I think a painted wall and little shelves would suffice to divide the areas. You could bring out the mirrors to be flush with the bump out, and have some storage behind. Tidy & useful.

Thank you for the input. The rough plumbing is already in place. In all actuality the space closest to the door will actually receive a decent amount of natural light. The space directly in front of the window will actually have radiant baseboard heat. Really appreciate everyone's feedback, suggestions, and fresh ideas
