Need help with lights
June 20, 2013 in Design Dilemma
Trying to decide on color/style lights for sides of garage doors and front door. The front door will be stained a dark mahogany. I bought craftsman style lights in a dark bronze, but feel now I should have gone with black. That said, the black fixtures may not look great with stained front door. I'd love some advice/ suggestions. Thank you :-)

Margo, do you think the dark bronze would clash with black hardware on garage doors?

Where are the lights going? I would reverse your idea; make the door black and the fixtures a bronze/coffee. Deep brown looks great against yellows.
