Other half is bedrooms, baths, laundry. Is it a matter of furniture arrangement, fireplace arrangement (currently scheduled for lvg rm corner) other?

eating, living area is 17x11'4"" with sunroom that can be separate (with french doors) or included that is 17x12. Am thinking of fireplace at end in "sunroom" and making it all one area. Otherwise things get too crowded in dining, lvg area.
