New concrete walls

We are building a new contemporary home in swansea and the architect has detailed various walls both inside and out in concrete. I need convincing they will look good. Anyone have examples of this.?

if you google concrete stain images you should get some examples - I'm only on my phone (with no glasses ! ) so can't add a link for you !! but the finish can be amazing !! sounds very contemporary !!! can be a bit cold though ?! unless it's a sunny wall (ie next to big windows ) then it may well trap the heat of the sun in the day and radiate it back during the evening ... which might be the Architects logic behind it !!

also - if you go to photos on Houzz - select Exterior - then type concrete walls into the search part - it throws up 17150 images !!!
