Lighter would be better as the floors are dark you want the kitchen to dark

What do you want it to feel like? Traditional? Go with a medium pecan tone. Dramatic? Go dark, but you'll have to add under cabinet lighting and keep your countertops and backsplash really light to keep it from becoming a cave. Farmhouse? Paint them white and apply a glaze. I like the tile, by the way.

I am so stuck on Gray cabinets... I love gray and brown together!

Solid Gray would be expensive because it would be a custom color.. You can find woods that have a gray stain to them.

I lean toward the white.

Thanks so much everyone. I love the turquoise colored back splash!! I think that with dark cabinets or white cabinets would look so good!!

I think white or off white cabinets would be amazing with this dark floor. You could pull out any third color for your backsplash tile. The turquoise is fabulous but you can also pick a shade that pulls in a color from your living or adjacent space.
If your cabinets are traditional and you like a traditional feel, you could paint the cabinets white and then distress them a little with a brown glaze. If you're going more contemporary, keep them white white. Have fun!
