Window treatments for Atrium door and two side windows

The valances used to hide the blind hardware doesn't allow us to open the door fully. We are putting on a deck and will use the door a lot. I need help on what to put on the door and windows that will allow us to fully open the door yet still provide privacy.

window films come in a variety of textured looks/patterns, and allow you to remove both treatments: http://www.apexfilms.ca/images/new-films-5-10/framed/fine-crystals.jpg

If you can still match the tab-top drapes, you could add a couple more panels (on a full-size rod) so that you could cover the door's window with those.

Which is the door, the middle? Woven shades with turned headrails might help, or cell shades. You really need to know how much clearance you need before you order or buy anything new.

You could also remove the shades completely and add a decorative traversing rod with curtains.

I would recommend going with Cellular shades with a top down bottom up option so you can control the light and privacy in the room. I would also ask the supplyer to give you hold down brakets for the doors so the blinds dont move around when the doors are being used.

remove the rods and panels and look at ODL inserts for the door and window film for the left and right glass. Depending on the door you can use the ODL insert or just look at the film for all glass.

A single cell honeycomb shade is your best option because the head rail is small. I am not a fan of the top down, bottom up because they sway. You don't need swaying when opening and closing a door. They stack super tight too!
