factory cart. downstairs or upstairs?

Bought a factory cart for my downstairs and got mixed reviews on it for that room. My upstairs living area has some rustic/distressed items. Should I move that cart upstairs and go with a more clean metal/glass coffee table for downstairs? Opinions please. Thank you.

Both your rooms are pretty monochromatic. Wonder if you can paint the cart a different color to bring some life into the room.

Or decorate with art.

Yes, I'd move it. The color would be better in that room.

In response to your question, I would move "factory cart" into LR. They are quite trendy & it would work in this room.
I would recommend re-arranging current side tables, which is a bit awkward now with large open space under clock.
Move table beside chair to other side of chair & move chair closer to sofa for conversation grouping. Then lower clock slightly, so it sits more in middle of wall.

The coffee table currently in LR will work better downstairs on rug - flow better colourwise.

Really like that suggestion, Sharon. Would you have the chair still be on an angle or should it sit 90 degree? Thank you.

thinking angle would look better, less rigid.....try it. For summer, some pop colour throw cushions would look good. A few shots of cushions on display in my retail home decor store which closed in Sept. Lots of options out there to add fun & colour

Yes, I would move to L.R. ... would meld a lot better in that room.
