Front Facade

Our house is under construction. It is a brick house with quoins at corners. In the beginning the front entrance wall was all stone construction(see pic. 1) which we divided in 2 portion and added a fake balcony. Keping the upper part of wall stone. We want to do something different on the lower part of front entrance wall on both side of door (see pic 2) . I need help in deciding what to do? I am thinking using darker color porcelain tiles with one light color border on the wall and on the front landing as well. I need suggestions.

I am not sure what your style is, but I would lean towards not installing tile. To me, your home is starting to look real busy with all the different lines and textures, even without the railings. Maybe the concrete could be stained and polished instead? Good luck.
