These are "off-the-shelf" solid-core birch veneer flush panel slabs that have been stained dark and clear-coated. We used paint-grade jambs with square stop. They are hung without the use of trim, using a Tektrim reveal and Soss hinges. The door slabs are nothing special, easy to replicate by any lumber yard and decent painter. The hidden hinge, caseless detail is much more complicated, but worth the effort.
