The room is 12' x 12' plus a 3 ft. wide corridor that you enter from the main hall with an 8 ft. closet on the right and a bath on the left. I recessed a flat screen TV in the wall just behind the wing chair. the room is multi purpose - home office, TV room and guest room. The sofa is a sofa bed.

This is the first time I see a sofa bed that looks comfortable as a sofa! Who's the maker please? Currently drawing plans for and designing a room to be exactly that... TV, office and guest.. and guess what... also with a corridor coming from the hall :) But mine is 5'.. and a bathroom off that corrider (which from this side would serve the family or the guest, and from another door serving my side of the dressing room :)

(Note: still think I'll find it hard to have a guest over for more than a weekend or so where all my paperwork and printer set up is, however discretely organized!).
