These are Ikea Veke table legs @ $30 each. They are solid birch, so one of Ikea's better made items. They can be adjusted to 30" and 36" high. For a craft table top, I purchased heavy 3/4" MDF from the big orange box and had it cut to 50 x 60. (The manufacturer states the max load is 110 pounds.)

I put a 45 pound 29" x 42" ottoman on top of it for several weeks while I re-upholstered it. They handled the load just fine. Just make sure that you tighten the clamps down well when in use or being moved, otherwise, vibrations and movements can start to wear at the fasteners on the legs.
