You could put a new counter over the existing to raise the height.

I've seen it done by adding to the toe kick.

I wanted to raise our cabinet as well. We just added a 2x4s on the floor and put the vanity on top. Then, covered the 2 x 4 with an extra wide baseboard and painted the color of the vanity. You'll need to remove the little backsplash and raise the mirror however.

Could I add this sink to the top of a cabinet? I like the sink and need a new cabinet.

trilogy, if the height of a vessel since would be enough then that would be the easiest way to go. They've very pretty too.
