Leave the toilet wall divider or remove?

What is on the other side?

The shower is on the other side. The vanity will be in front.

Removing it allows the space to feel a little more open. But if more then one person is in the bathroom at a time, keeping the wall might be a good idea.

I agree with removing it, especially if you are using a free standing vanity. If you are using a built in vanity then you may want to consider keeping it.

I would leave it, it will provide you privacy and you can still dress it with tile or wainscoting or some gorgeous wood trims.
