Look at pewter cast from Sherwin it's a great mid tone gray and resilience is great quality paint

I am a Benjamin Moore fan and Ashley Grey for the body, with Acadia White for the trim is spectacular! If your home is small consider not using shutters and painting the front door black. I live in a cape cod style house and we used these colors, the result is amazing and we get compliments constantly. Our front door is actually a deep mulberry or wine color and it's a great pop of color. We used to have shutters but opted to omit them and we will never go back. Shutters on small houses can be over powering. Let the paint and some landscaping be your focal points.

Kodw - Just go to your search bar and type in Sherwin Williams Mega Greige Images and then you should find examples of this used on home exteriors with white trim. I just did that and there were many examples of this color ( and of course any other color you want to look at to compare) Hope this helps

Rockin' Fine Finish- I love the midtone gray of the pewter cast. I will have to pick up a swatch. Does that have any brown or beige undertones? It's hard to tell from the photo. I'm looking for something that's has subtle gray and beige tones.

Gigi Perrott Brady- Thank you for you suggestion. I have thought about removing the shutters to make our house look larger but I also love the look of black shutters and doors with white trim. I think houses look great either way but it's hard to picture my house that way. So many things to think about.

Mary Poulos- Thanks I have been searching on Google. Google seems to come up with a million images of interiors even when I type exterior. I just joined Houzz so I will have to try searches on here instead.
