Hi - I have a "pantry" in my dining room which is 56 inches high by 52 inches wide. I placed dining room chairs on both sides of the pantry. Above the pantry I placed a picture measuring 42 inches wide by 22 inches high (rectangular). My ceilings in the dining room are 9 feet high and I placed the picture approx. 6 inches from the top of the pantry. I saw this idea in the store where I purchased the dining room set and pantry. Someone made a comment that the picture was too small. I thought I would ask the experts. Thanks!

Was the pantry a fireplace once upon a time? Could it become one?
