Need more space, only 1 bath with shower and toilet and vanity

sharonsdesignsJuly 20, 2013
I live in an old farm house with one bathroom. The bath has a shower, toilet and vanity. The laundry is on the enclosed back porch. My dream would be to add on so that we could have a claw foot tub and shower and enclose the laundry room so that when you walk in my back door you aren't looking at my washer and dryer. This home has been in my husbands family since 1827. The bath was added in 1945. When we moved in (2001) we updated, but there is not alot of space and at the time we had so much renovation, we couldn't afford to add on.
