The floor you see throughout this project is a polished concrete overlay on top of the existing slab foundation. It was completed by AK4 Concrete Solutions:

The standards and brackets are from RAKKS ( http://rakks.com/) and the shelves and desktop are maple, made by a local cabinet maker (Keith Kesser in Davis).
