FLOR ranges in price from $10/square to $30/square, is cost effective, compared to wall-to-wall when you consider that you can clean or replace one single square vs. an entire room. FLOR is commercial grade, thus wears well in a residential space. I've sold both broadloom and FLOR, and I prefer FLOR by a mile!
