What are the trees and shrubs used in this application?
I am looking for something that will not out grow the space.

The shrubs look like they could be a boxwood variety and the trees may be Ginkgo? Either way, both look to be freshly planted and pretty young growth. The will both fill in considerably — as will most trees and shrubs. If you are concerned with overgrowth, make sure to check the mature size of anything that you choose to plant as it may be deceiving how large something can get. There is also always pruning in order to maintain the size and shape of plant that you want.

They look very similar to Eagleston Hollies.
