Hey everyone!
I'm a first home buyer and could REALLY use your advice! We have an open floor plan with white trim. We're leaning towards perfect greige with a maroon accent wall or svelte sage with no accent wall. The marble on the fireplace is kind of throwing my sage choice out the window because i dont think itll look right with sage but I love that color!

Any advice, thoughts or comments are appreciated!!! :) :)

A tough but wise rule is to respect the permanent style of the house. See if you can live with a neutralish wall colour that you feel that goes with the fireplace and that you can live with. Then see if you can find fabric that has you sage and that has colours of your fireplace and or the wall paint and either use a pillows or upholstery . Good luck.
