Would like to put some sort of a privacy door on here. Recessed slider would have been great but the house is finished. Any ideas?

Not sure what the rest of the room looks like - and it looks as if the bathroom might be a bit dark. Maybe consider a door with a frosted pane in the center. Frosted for the privacy, but still lets light flow in. Other option - a wood door with slats on the top and solid on the bottom. Would help if we knew what the style of the home was.

With such a narrow opening, you might want to consider a sliding barn-style door on rollers, but rather than the usual rustic/industrial style, use a frosted-pane door as person above suggested.

The door to all the bathrooms in my house are 26" - one of the standard sizes at our Home Depot.

You could put in sliding panels on the entire wall (think sliding wardrobe doors) or build a false wall (plasterboard) in front of the existing to allow the sliding door.

I would suggest a barn door/track door. They can liven up any space and make it look unique! Best of luck!
