What is your opinion on plantation shutters with curtains? do or dont?

I think that shutters with window treatments are perfectly fine, it just finishes off the space but it also depends on the room. If you would like to send me a pic, I'm happy to give you advice. Send it to me at sarah@bdesignhome.com

Awesome, thank you! I don't have the plantation shutters yet, but was debating on purchasing them for my son's nursery or using fabric curtains or both. My crib is placed under the window like this photo, but my window is a couple feet wider on either side. I inherited (from the previous owners) 2 inch wood slat blinds in a medium wood tone and my crib is also a medium wood tone. Thanks for your input!

Shutters are the best option to put near a crib, no cords.
