Beautiful house, I take it the price estimate you gave is for if someone were to want a house built from scratch, that's more or less how much you charge? For the blue prints I mean, not cost of building.

This house is amazing. I am currently building a stucco home and want cast stone window surrounds. Everyone around my area says because of the weight of the cast stone it can not be done with stucco/dryvit . Do you have any idea how they tied the surround in ?? Thanks!

Our stucco homes are all built with 4" concrete block. This supports the stone. I agree that adding cast stone to a EIFS system is not a good idea unless you use a synthetic material that looks like stone and can be mechanically attached to the framing of the home.

I kind of figured that . I live here in Texas , what do you think price difference is between concrete block vs. 2x6 construction ? Thanks for the reply
