What type/brand is the concrete stain?

I've had difficulty with concrete paint. And does it work on older concrete that been around a while?

Where did you purchase the tiles and the how much? Also, how did you get the stain black effect on the concrete risers?

Re: the concrete stain - it is an acid stain and was I believe a combination of two colors. I don't have the manufacturer, unfortunately. Re: the tile - it was from Tierrayfuego.com
