What is the wall covering? And what is on the floor?

The partition between the sink/toilet is metal with a bronze patina.
The walls are painted and the floor is black marble mosaic.

I have a 5 x 5 half bathroom and I placed white beadboard all around with white toilet and white pedestal sink. I was thinking about painting the wall dark charcoal grey or the color you have in this picture. I think dark colors although a small room look rich looking but my friends tell me it will be too dark. Also adding dark marble floors. Your thoughts?

Hi Mari- I personally think powder rooms are a good place to go dark with luxurious materials. It's a small investment due to the size, and easy to change paint color if you don't like the result.
In this powder room everything is fairly dark except for the white calcutta marble countertop and white toilet. With the right lighting-I recommend sconces on either side of the mirror for proper illumination where needed and recessed down lights to highlight art and finishes-your room will be very functional and dramatic. I would go so far as to encourage you to consider painting the wainscoat a slightly darker shade than the wall above. Hope this helps.

Steven, even if there is no window? I am adding a light fixture over the restoration hardware mirror I bought with the 3 lights with the hats.

Mari-The powder room pictured above is an interior room with no window. Artificial lighting includes 2) 75watt sconces, and 4) 50watt MR-16 recessed cans-all on dimmers.
