What is the material and source of the pavement here?

It is a sandstone from Montana. I don't recall the name of the product.

Do you recall where the umbrellas & mounts came from? Thank you!

I don’t recall the manufacturer of the umbrellas. The mounts are typical spread mounts you would use on the surface, but we buried them. We have been using an umbrella mount from Bazooka that fits most standard umbrellas without the mass of the mounts. The bazooka base is placed into the concrete slab or you can create a small concrete footing under gravel paving. I usually use umbrellas from JANUS et Cie and Tucci.

We've been using those umbrella stands as well! They work great! We've even used them in Ipe decks.

I believe the Bazooka mount fits an umbrella with a 1.5" diameter post. We recommend a stainless steel post with this type of mount.
