How are the steel panels joined together?

How are the steel plates joined together? Are they stainless steel bolts?

These panels are butted together and bolted in place. I believe we used zinc coated lag screws with a washers that have rubber bonded to one side. The rubber on the washer allows for some expansion and limits corrosion between the 2 different metals. Hope this helps.
