Typically a riser is 7" in height. If you deduct the thickness of the wood tread, I would imagine the riser tile is anywhere between 6" - 6-1/2" in height

Also, it looks like the tile is made of one piece. That piece having a shape like a bullnose but not a separate bullnose piece from the flat tile.
