How tall is this ceiling?

I am thinking of using this same chandelier for my living room but wonder if it will look ok in an 8 ft ceiling

Hello, The ceilings are 8' in this kitchen. This chandelier works because it is over a counter. In a living room it would hang to low and be to large. If you need low lighting, we would recommend sconces or pendant lights in the corner. Nothing centered in the room. Hope this helps. And always use dimmers in a room! Have fun! Kenneth and Davis
