Need help for my kitchen

I'm building a new house and need to pick out faucets, cabinet handles and island light fixtures (there will be no light fixture over the table). The kitchen area (not including the eating area) is 12.5' wide x 20' long. The island is approx 8.5ft long (there will be a secondary faucet/sink in the island) and it's an open concept kitchen to the family room. All cabinetry will be white with a quartzite countertop within the white colours. The Fridge and Dishwasher will have a white custom panel and the range is a 48" GE Monogram.

Should the finish of the faucet, handles and light fixtures be the same (i.s. chrome vs. brushed nickel/stainless steel)? I was thinking of doing stainless steel/brushed nickel faucets and cabinet handles and than doing the island light fixtures in chrome. Would this work or should it all be the same.

Any advice.

You don't have to match your lights to your cabinet hardware. I think your idea is fine and you'll see examples of it searching kitchens. Here's an article on mixing metals

Personally I would pick the same finishes at least within the same room.
