Creativities You might want to have a look at Benjamin Moore paint. They have many greys to choose from. Greys usually have either a blue base or a brown base and this one has a blue. They sell samples of all their paints for about 10.00. This way you can test several colors. I always do this for clients, and paint foam core boards (2 coats) to get a good idea of the color. Look at it during the day with natural light in the room and at night. Even if you had the name of the paint color, it probably would look different in your room.
Cynthia Taylor-Luce Exactly! People don't realize the picture on their monitor is far removed from the original paint. The painted room was photographed, then probably PhotoShopped, then uploaded and now viewed on a million different monitors. It's only an approximation of the real thing. Thanks Creativities.
Enviable Designs Inc. The paint color used here is Benjamin Moore HC 170 Whickam Gray. I apologize for the delayed response- we get about 15 questions everyday on Houzz and do our best to answer them as quickly as possible.
77decker I have both BM color samples on my wall, and my best guess would be Stonington Gray, since the Wickham Gray appears lighter on my walls, and pulls more blue than what the photo is showing.
