Nursery- Missing Something?

Nursery for baby girl done in gray and white. Purposely didn't want another accent color- but I'm wondering if that was a mistake. Should I add some accents with another color? If so, what colors/ideas do you have? If no accent, then what is the room missing?
The wall behind crib looks like it's painted white in the picture, but it's actually white on white damask wall paper- it doesn't show up great in the picture.
I'm always still waiting on mobile for over crib to come in (it's gray elephants).

lighting! I think this room just needs some cozy lighting! If you want to add some color just add a few vintage childrens books on a side table or something.

What kind of lighting do you suggest? Have a chandelier hanging and a little table lamp on mirrored table in between windows.... what else would you add? Open to any suggestions!

Remember this is a CHILD's room it's not going to look like this forever... Brings me back to the days when I colored on the walls lol in permanent marker

You might want to secure down your change table

Alison- totally get that. When I picked things I thought about that- can easily be repainted and was even thinking down the line I could paint the wallpaper a different color... wanted something that potentially could be kept even after the infant stage just by changing out the crib to a bed....and could easily add in other items/colors.

I don't think you need to add anything necessarily. I might consider art over the changing table and putting the mirror (hung vertically) over the dresser - seems like the more appropriate place for a mirror. Even if you do move the mirror, you could always hold off on more art and do a gallery wall once your baby arrives and you have photos to hang.

looks lovely! just need some photos of your babe!!! maybe black and white. Instead of having the mirror over the change mat area I would hang it on the wall where the lamp is, as your little one gets older that mirror may not be in a good position!!!
