How did you moisture proof the casing and sill around the windows?

Thanks for the kind words and good question. The window is detailed to the inside as if it were an exterior condition -- hard to explain in words, the detail bears some resemblance to this: http://www.finehomebuilding.com/how-to/qa/waterproofing-a-window-in-a-tiled-shower.aspx. The window is glazed from the interior so that the glass can be removed should it ever need to be replaced. The material of the jamb, head, and sill is ipe, and is finished with Penofin interior hardwood forumula: http://www.penofin.com/products_hardwood_interior.shtml. Hope we've answered your question!
