Wall art next to the TV?

Hi everyone,

I'm completely stumped on how to fill the large space next to our wall-mounted TV! The TV is mounted pretty low on the wall, so hanging a single piece next to it would look kind of awkward. I was thinking that either a large vertical art print or two framed prints (mounted one above the other) might work. That said, I welcome all of your great ideas!

FYI, the walls are BM "Revere Pewter" and the room is mostly neutral, except for the light green throw pillows.

Thanks for your help!

My first thought was a floor lamp rather than artwork.

Thanks for your response! We already have a floor lamp closer to the center of the room (see pic), but I suppose we could move it. I just know that we need to get done art on those walls, and the space next to the TV looked like the first place to start.

I think a floor lamp would look great there - add a little height. I also like the idea of a gallery wall aound the TV

My thinking is move the lamp and put a portrait shaped artwork on either side of the window that the lamp is currently in front of.

On the tv wall maybe another piece again in portrait format. I personally think a gallery wall with the scale of room would look too busy.

what about hanging 2 or 3 pendant lights there ... at different heights?

I agree that the gallery wall is a good idea, but too busy for our small living room. Pendant lights would be super cool and creative, although I'm not sure how to make them work with our concrete ceiling. Something to look into.

Thanks to everyone for your thoughts so far -- any additional ideas are welcome!

Ok well as I work in lighting your out of luck adding pendants from a concrete ceiling unless you have a suspended ceiling, which it guess you don't. Same issue here

So a lamp or tall sculptural object. Should be a bright airy room with all the windows what about a plant. Something succulent with architectural form would be nice
