1950s colored bathroom tile ideas... Please help!
September 29, 2013 in Polls
Waiting to close on a 1950s mid century ranch. :)) The bathrooms are original and I'd love to get some ideas on how to make them look a bit more updated without renovating. Budget is going to be spend on kitchen updates, so bathrooms have to stay as is for the time being. Both bathrooms have the original tile floor to match and they are in near perfect condition; just dirty. Lol
Mint Green ( I love this, but am lost w paint, decor and accessories)
Pink!!! Not a fan... Pink just isn't my color, but I'm a huge fan of mid century and this tile is in awesome shape!!! Decor? Paint?

That bathroom is a 57 chevy in pristine condition. It is past the awkward years. Anything you put in will be dated quicker than the original tile. In 10 years visitors will say it screams the 2010s, and that stuff will go in the landfill as well. It is beautiful, and should be simple to complement.
