Family room couch color and styling help!

My husband and I recently moved into a new home and bought this furniture for our family room. The company we ordered the furniture from sent us the wrong color couch! We were supposed to receive this same couch but in a dark gray color. We chose dark gray since the floors and walls are beige. Now that we have the beige sofa I kind of like it. My question is-should I keep this couch or have them send the dark gray for more of a contrast. We still need to purchase window treatments and plan to mount the TV on the wall. Any styling tips and/or suggestions on accent colors would be much appreciated! Thanks so much!

Are you planning on installing wood floors? If so, I would keep it.

I think it works fine- make sure they give you money back for their mistake and if you like it keep it! It would be a win win then..

I think it looks nice! Try incorporating darker pillows and curtains and maybe some artwork with darker tones on the walls!

Don't mount TV, it's fine. Never looks good on wall.

I agree. Don't hang your tv. I like it where it is. Looks great.

I would add some color....pillows, vases, curtains around the door. Otherwise it's a little too much neutral.

I like it! I would take that dark grey color you thought your couch was going to be and put it on the window for curtains. Add some nice pillows as suggested above and an accent color, and it will look great.

Love the sofa!
You only need to add layers---window treatments, soft tone on tone fabrics, perhaps a lighter muted rug---pic for inspiration. Good Luck!
