Will you help me with interior design of my powder room?

Whole house remodel - transitional style.

This is the vanity I've selected. It does not come with the sink fixture. I will be having oil rubbed bronze for the doorknob and possibly the light fixture, but I actually don't love ORB for sink fixtures. Here are my questions:

1. Would chrome look ok for the sink fixture?
2. If I did chrome (or non-ORB) for the sink fixture, would ORB to match the doorknob look nice?
3. Flooring - I will probably do hardwood to blend with the rest of the 1st floor but I haven't decided if I will go light or darker brown stain. I am concerned if I go a light stain that it won't look good in this bathroom. Is that true? If so, should I go with a darker tile instead?

I haven't even thought about wall color.....that can probably come later.

Thank you!

Love vanity. Keep all finishes the same. The faucet they show is very nice. Why not go that? Sink under mount in white. Is that the top you got? It's very nice. Floors should match what ever is next to it. Don't do different flooring in rooms. Dark tile would work too.

Thank you! The brand is Fairmont Designs. I can order it through my local plumbing chain. I haven't ordered it yet, but I will definitely be getting that top that they show. I was originally planning on getting that faucet, but I am not into the 100% matching look. BUT I don't want it to look too eclectic, because that is not my style either.

I would go with the ORB for the faucets as the chrome will stand out too much. I also like the idea of tile for the floor rather than hardwood, unless you are using the same hardwood throughout., but tile would be my first choice.

I'd keep as is...but use the counter to bring in penny or hex tiles in Carrera marble to break up linear flow everywhere else. Heated floor nice too.
