    It looks like it wasn't stained--just finished with a poly sealer, although the sealer could have some brown tint in it. If so, it was put on and wiped right off. It's a beautiful floor in a beautiful space.

    thx DeCocco....yes, if my memory serves me right, i think it was just a sealer with a tad of brown tint
