Need help with flooring

lynmcleanOctober 7, 2013
Have diagonal pine wall paneling with huge windows, thinking of replacing old carpet with laminated flooring (floating floors) Would light pine flooring be too much with the pine paneling? Probably going with a gloss white kitchen with a pine bench top and light blinds (probably cream) Too much all the same? Pretty small area as it is a houseboat, all open plan, large picture windows with bronze aluminium frames which can't be painted. Opinions?

Check out the newer laminates from Europe or based on the newer looks that combine 2/3 stains along with aged looks. I feel a combo with a grey/white wash over pine would give you the perfect aged look for your houseboat.
