Linda I love the color and style of this space. Given the careful attention to the cabinetry/trim details, I would have hated to pay for such an expensive surface finish and then been able to see the join in a photograph. Grasscloth is a tough paper to hang as every other sheet has to be hung upside down to keep the seams from being visible. Maybe I shouldn't comment, but that mismatched seam caught my eye immediately...it probably isn't nearly as noticeable in real life.

lummeinteriors I must respectfully disagree with the comment about mismatched seams and grasscloth. Grasscloth is a natural product and no two rolls are the same. Hanging everyother sheet of grasscloth upsidedown will not eliminate seams. To love grasscloth is to love seams. There is no way to eliminate them.
