The light trim color is Sherwin Williams Pelican Tan #SW2036 & the darker trim color is Sherwin Williams Aerie Brown #SW2041. Hope this helps!

Sorry, I am unable to give you information on the trees or plants as the homeowner had their own landscaper. What you could do is print a copy of the home, and take to your local garden center or green house. They may be able to give you specifics. Thank you for your interest.
