My first thought was a weeping mulberry, too... but the leaves are not cut like a mulberry and it looks too mature to have the smaller leaves.

It reminds me of my jasmine shrub; however, I am located in the southwestern US.

If you didn't plant it yourself and it just grew there recently, it could be a weed. Clip a large enough piece, enclose in a sealed plastic bag, and take to your garden center for an opinion. The bag is to stop disease and seed spread.

It is a weeping something. Try espaliering it…you may have a winner.

Where are you located? If the main trunk is straight and the weeping starts near the top it is a grafted plant which couldn't just appear. Im a professional horticulturist and I'm nearly sure it was not something that just appeared.

Lol it definitely did not just appear. I meant I just bought a new house in New Brunswick, Canada and it's in my backyard.
