Need help with this window, what type of curtain do i use?

Who designs these rooms--a window behind a door! I'd be tempted to drywall over it but leave the window structure on the outside of your home. I really don't think you can make it look right.

In order to make the window look larger and rooted in the room, I would hang ceiling to floor curtain panel and take as much width as you can while still remaining symmetrical. I know you are in the corner there so do the best you can. I would also hang a very large statement piece of art or a large mirror to give a purposeful look to the overall wall design.
