This tile is from Sonoma Tilemakers, and it's the 1 x 4 glass tile called "Vihara." There are several colorways, and the color you see in this backsplash is called "Jade Iridescent." (There is also a "Jade Silk," which has a matte finish that looks like beach glass.) You can find it online at http://www.sonomatilemakers.com.

HI Imwright-

We used bright white for this project, non-sanded. I usually recommend matching grout, but when you're working with small mosaics it's better to use a contrasting grout to accentuate the small pieces. (Otherwise it turns into one big block.)
